Mike has more than 25 years of experience in both domestic and international commercial real estate finance and development, with mixed-use institutional-quality assets. In his position at Riverside, he concentrates on entitlements, development, acquisitions and project financing.

Mike has extensive experience across various product types, focusing on office, multifamily, hospitality, and retail sectors. His previous experience in commercial real estate includes positions in development at John Buck International in Abu Shabi U.A.E., portfolio and asset management at Equity Office Properties, and capital markets at DTZ Rockwood. 

Mike earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Colorado State University and is a CFA Charterholder.
