Stefani Kalter

Stefani joined Riverside in 2024 and brings eight years of experience in urban commercial real estate, with a focus on multifamily, retail, and mixed-use assets. At Riverside, she is responsible for asset management, acquisitions, deal capitalization, and investor relations across the firm’s multifamily portfolio.

Prior to joining Riverside, Stefani worked at Farpoint Development, where she focused on the acquisition, development, and asset management of retail and multifamily properties. She also brings retail redevelopment experience from Brookfield Properties (GGP).

Stefani earned her BBA from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. She currently serves as President of the Harold E. Eisenberg Foundation (HEEF) and is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Real Estate Finance Forum (REFF), and the Wisconsin Real Estate Association of America (WREAA).
